At **QATA**, a company specialized in construction, renovation, and commercial space implementation projects, we are looking for a **Construction Supervisor**. **Responsibilities** * Supervise project execution according to schedule, budget, and technical specifications. * Coordinate and lead on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Prepare progress reports and coordinate with involved departments. * Identify risks and propose actions to ensure project continuity. **Requirements** * Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience supervising construction projects. * Experience simultaneously leading multiple **retail-sector** construction projects. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, and project profitability. * Experience leading on-site teams and contractors. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Availability for on-site work and travel within Lima. **We Offer** Join a company executing high-impact projects in the retail sector.
