The District Municipality of Los Olivos, through the Submanagement of Tax Inspection, makes available the requirement for two (02) Tax Inspector Technicians to work on-site and meet the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Graduates, Bachelor's degree holders, or professionals with technical or university degrees related to Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Knowledge of current regulations regarding buildings and/or constructions. * Prior experience in the public sector is desirable. **Functions:** * Conduct information gathering through fieldwork. * Verification of uses and categories of constructions: residential, industrial, and service (residential, industrial, and service). * Other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor. Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month License/Certification: * License to drive motorcycles (Class B-I or higher) (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
