




Position Summary: MECORP SAC is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage payroll, labor legislation compliance, recruitment, and personnel administration for a construction, mining, and agriculture equipment company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll preparation and control, as well as AFP declarations. 2. Administers personnel files, contracts, attendance, vacations, and employee benefits. 3. Coordinates occupational medical examinations and provides support to staff. **MECORP SAC**, a company specializing in the rental and sale of light equipment and heavy machinery for construction, mining, and agricultural projects, is currently seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST**, based in Lima. * Work Location: ATE VITARTE ***REQUIREMENTS***: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields, with HR experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Male candidates with at least two (02) years of experience in Human Resources functions. * Knowledge of labor legislation and salary structures. * Immediate availability ***RESPONSIBILITIES***: * Prepare and control payroll for reporting purposes. * File PLAME declarations and submit AFP reports. * Calculate CTS, bonuses, and labor settlements. * Submit monthly payroll worksheets and PLAME backups to Accounting. * Coordinate issuance and renewal of SCTR/EPS/Life Insurance policies. * Email payslips to employees. * Manage deductions, loans, and advances. * Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications. * Draft employment contracts and addendums. * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Maintain personnel files and employment documentation. * Monitor attendance, vacations, rest days, overtime, and leave permits. * Coordinate and manage occupational medical examinations and staff inductions. * Provide support to employees regarding labor and administrative inquiries. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Respond to SUNAFIL inquiries and requirements. * Administer benefits (vouchers, insurance, agreements) and ensure compliance. * Prepare and monitor disciplinary warnings and actions, ensuring legal justification and traceability. * Supervise and plan vacation schedule compliance to prevent expirations. * Support other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. ***BENEFITS***: * Formal payroll registration. * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:35 pm. * Full-time – On-site Work Location: On-site employment
