Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in mining projects, capable of comprehensively managing expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for processing plants. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive mining project management experience 2. Management of expansion and modernization projects for concentrator plants 3. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Tekla Structures We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** with mining experience to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree holder and licensed (registered) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining projects** (mandatory). * Experience in comprehensive management of expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for concentrator plants. * Experience in planning, directing, controlling, and executing multidisciplinary projects. * Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Preferred: Specialized studies or diplomas in project management, project leadership, project planning and control, or related areas. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **MS Project** * **AutoCAD** * **Inventor** * **Tekla Structures** * **Navisworks** * **SAP2000** * Project planning and control. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost, resource, progress, and productivity management. * Multidisciplinary coordination and contractor management. **ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work under a **14x7 schedule**. * Immediate availability. * Experience in mining operations and concentrator plants.
