Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with mining experience to comprehensively manage expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for concentrator plants. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining projects 2. Comprehensive management of plant expansion and modernization projects 3. Proficiency in technical tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Navisworks We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** with mine experience to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and licensed (registered) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining projects** (mandatory). * Experience in comprehensive management of expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for concentrator plants. * Experience in planning, directing, controlling, and executing multidisciplinary projects. * Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Preferred: Specialized studies or diplomas in project management, project leadership, project planning and control, or related areas. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **MS Project** * **AutoCAD** * **Inventor** * **Tekla Structures** * **Navisworks** * **SAP2000** * Project planning and control. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost, resource, progress, and productivity management. * Multidisciplinary coordination and contractor management. **ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work under a **14x7** schedule. * Immediate availability. * Experience in mining units and concentrator plants.
