Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of mechanical project work, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, technical scope, and schedule standards. Key Highlights: 1. Manage schedule compliance and ensure quality Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of mechanical project work, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, technical scope, and established schedule standards. Academic Qualifications: * Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. * Licensed and certified (desirable or as required by the client). Experience: * Minimum 5 years of general experience in industrial, mining, energy, or construction projects. * Minimum 3 years as Mechanical Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or Resident Mechanical Engineer. * Experience in: * Assembly and installation of mechanical equipment. * Industrial mechanical maintenance. * Supervision of work crews and contractors. * Execution of mechanical tests and commissioning. * Logistics coordination for material and equipment supply. * Control and monitoring of construction schedules. Technical Knowledge: * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Assembly and equipment alignment procedures. * Quality management and construction control. * Resource and productivity management. * Industrial safety regulations applicable to mechanical work. * Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (desirable). Main Responsibilities: * Direct the execution of all mechanical project activities. * Coordinate with logistics for timely supply of materials, tools, and equipment. * Supervise the proper execution of assembly, installation, and testing work. * Manage compliance with the execution schedule. * Coordinate with the SSOMA department to ensure safe execution of work. * Control work quality and prepare progress reports. * Lead resolution of technical issues during service execution. * Participate in operational testing and final project handover.
