**We are Monte Grande Engineering and Construction!** A growing construction company, specialized in building and multifamily projects. We are currently seeking a **Production Architect** with proven on-site experience to join our team for a multifamily project located in Surco. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of architectural work packages on site. * Prepare and review quantity surveys, drawings, *as built* drawings, and construction details. * Verify proper installation of finishes and compliance with technical specifications. * Manage RFIs, coordination tasks, and support quality control activities. * Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Participate in weekly planning and progress monitoring. * Prepare technical reports and document project progress. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered architect. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Architect in building or multifamily construction projects (mandatory). * Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and drawing interpretation. * Experience in quantity surveying and *as built* documentation is desirable. * Availability to work 100% on site – Surco. **Benefits** * Competitive market salary: **S/ 4,000 – 5,000** depending on experience. * Join a construction company with a positive work environment. * Opportunities for advancement on new projects. * Timely payments and job stability.
