We are currently seeking a highly experienced **Project Manager** to assume full responsibility for a highly technologically complex industrial *Greenfield* megaproject, from detailed engineering through to *commissioning* and handover to the client. We seek a leader with a proven track record in executing large-scale EPC contracts, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, and strict adherence to financial margins and schedules. Position Summary As Project Manager, you will serve as the highest executive authority for the project. You will lead engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams, ensuring efficient integration across all disciplines. You will operate in a high-pressure environment, utilizing world-class management systems to mitigate risks, optimize constructability, and ensure flawless facility delivery. Key Responsibilities * **HSE Leadership:** Lead by example in cultivating a "Zero Incidents" culture. Ensure strict compliance with international health, safety, and environmental regulations across all construction and operational phases. * **End-to-End EPC Management:** Oversee full contract execution (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), managing relationships with clients, strategic partners, and key subcontractors. * **Advanced Planning and Control:** Supervise project planning integrating Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies. Master critical path analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM). * **Technological Implementation:** Supervise integration of capital project management tools, including coordination in **BIM 360/Navisworks**, schedule control in **Primavera P6**, and financial resource management via ERP systems (SAP). * **Risk and Contract Management:** Proactively manage commercial and technical risks, leading resolution of claims and contractual change management under international standards (e.g., FIDIC). Qualifications and Requirements **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in heavy construction industry, including at least 5 recent years as Project Manager on industrial *Greenfield* megaprojects (CAPEX exceeding USD $100M). * Demonstrable experience managing full project lifecycles under EPC/EPCM delivery models. * Ability to lead technical and commercial negotiations with international stakeholders. **Desirable Requirements:** * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent. * Prior experience with multinational engineering and construction corporations. * In-depth knowledge of *Lean Construction* methodologies and BIM.
