Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Construction Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure contractual compliance and construction quality for industrial plants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects. 2. Ensure contractual compliance and construction quality. 3. Administer contracts and supervise the project's economic control. A company specialized in executing large-scale construction projects seeks to fill the position of **RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER** for the construction of an Industrial Plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (authorized) * Master's degree in Process Management, MBA, or equivalent * Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial plant projects * Experience with EPC / Lump Sum / GMP contracts * Proficiency in BIM / PIM methodologies * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, HVAC) * Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and deliverables * Administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers * Supervise and ensure comprehensive economic control of the project * Supervise the proper execution of high-strength industrial slabs * Supervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and international standards **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration * General payroll regime with statutory benefits * Recognition for achievement of objectives **OTHERS:** * Work location: **COMAS** * Project duration: Approx. 9 months Salary: S/.12,000\.00 \- S/.13,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you able to work in the COMAS District (Trapiche)? * Please indicate your salary expectations * Do you have immediate availability?
