Position Summary: We are seeking a SSOMA Manager committed to safety and environmental management to supervise compliance with standards on construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in hazard identification and risk assessment. **SSOMA Manager / Construction Safety Officer** **EJECUTA** is currently seeking a **SSOMA Manager** to join our team on a construction project. We seek professionals committed to safety, risk prevention, and environmental management, with experience in construction projects and the ability to supervise field-level compliance with SSOMA standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSOMA) procedures on site. * Conduct safety inspections and monitor working conditions. * Prepare SSOMA reports, records, and indicators. * Deliver safety talks, training sessions, and staff inductions. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to operational controls. * Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Certified Technician or Graduate Engineer in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Prevention, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in SSOMA, Occupational Health and Safety Officer, SSOMA Supervisor, or similar roles within construction projects**. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Experience conducting inspections, training, and SSOMA documentation. * Proficiency in safety management tools. * Availability for on-site work. **Position Conditions:** * Employment Type: Temporary contract per project. * Approximate Duration: **4 months**. * Immediate start. **Application:** Send updated CV to: **costosypresupuesto@ejecuta.net.pe** **910 860 647** **EJECUTA – We Build Trust** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
