FIELD SUPPORT STAFF WATER RESERVOIR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON AN AGRICULTURAL ESTATE IRRIALTEC S.A.C., a leading company in reservoir construction, hydraulic works, and technified irrigation, is currently seeking committed and responsible personnel to join our team for an important construction project on an agricultural estate. POSITION: * FIELD SUPPORT STAFF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in earthmoving activities and reservoir construction. * Assist in excavation, leveling, and site preparation tasks. * Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment. * Support technical staff and operators in daily site activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety procedures. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in fieldwork, civil construction, or agricultural activities (preferred). * Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability.
