Multidisciplinary coordination and technical quality supervision. **Junior Electrical Engineer \| Mining** At **AVM Engineering and Projects**, we are looking for a **Junior Electrical Engineer** to join our engineering team and participate in the development of projects for the mining and industrial sectors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in **mining and industrial** projects. * Experience in developing electrical engineering for industrial projects. * Proficiency in **ETAP** for conducting electrical studies. * Knowledge of applicable national and international standards for electrical systems. * Availability to work in Lima. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and validate electrical studies using ETAP, including load flow, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, motor starting, grounding systems, and other project-required analyses. * Review and integrate technical supplier information (Vendor Data), ensuring its correct incorporation into engineering documents. * Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, clients, suppliers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure proper project execution. * Supervise the technical quality of electrical engineering deliverables, verifying compliance with national and international standards and client specifications. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and presentations for project management and clients. * Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out phases. * Evaluate and select electrical equipment based on technical, operational, reliability, maintainability, and cost criteria. * Identify opportunities for improvement in engineering processes and propose efficient technical solutions. * Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced personnel, contributing to the development of the engineering team.
