A professional who ensures delivery of value to customers through innovative technical solutions in drilling and blasting, adhering to quality and safety standards, and developing optimization proposals.

**Objective:**
* Ensure delivery of value to customers through application of innovative technical solutions, complying with the company's stipulated standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct scheduled technical visits to mining operations to identify improvement opportunities in Drilling and Blasting activities and generate value.
* Manage technical-commercial meetings with internal and external customers to meet expectations and foster sustainable business relationships with our customers.
* Develop project protocols covering all phases from initiation to completion for projects involving energetic explosives and/or advanced blasting techniques.
* Develop customer-focused value propositions targeting optimization of the blasting process, wall control, and comminution.
* Propose implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions aimed at improving internal and external production processes.
* Generate technical initiatives to enhance operational quality and effectiveness standards.
* Apply our portfolio of explosive products according to customer needs, focusing on value delivery to ensure improvements in fragmentation, wall protection, and/or cost optimization.
* Prepare reports and documentation demonstrating the success of implemented value propositions, based on specialized technical analysis submitted to the mine management.
* Deliver presentations to customers clearly, concisely, and with appropriate technical specifications summarizing the proposed value propositions.
* Comply with obligations stipulated in Article 44 of the "Occupational Safety and Health Regulation" (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendment Supreme Decree No. 023-2017-EM).
* Perform: Planned Task Observations (PTO), Preventive Safety Observations (PSO), and activity inspections. Report incidents, near misses, accidents, or occupational illnesses. Participate in incident or accident management as required.
* Follow written safe work procedures (WSWP) established for the operation and applicable to the administrative areas where duties are performed. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
* Employ HSE/SSOMA management tools such as ATS and IPERC during activities. Halt operations if safety conditions so require. Notify the immediate supervisor in case of hazardous situations.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 8 years of experience in mining
* At least 7 years of experience in blasting
* Experience in positions with similar functions and/or responsibilities, including leadership of work teams and customer service.
* Licensed and registered Mining Engineer or related engineering discipline.
* Specialization or postgraduate degree in mining or related fields.
* Master's degree in management or administration is desirable.
* Class A2B driver's license with two years of validity.
