Job Summary: Execute and coordinate the electronic initiation process of blasting, ensuring proper detonation and customer satisfaction through planning, design, and monitoring. Report generation and product training. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate blasting tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license preferred (with at least 3 years of validity).
