Proactive environment emphasizing teamwork and initiative A small, growing company dedicated to the children's textile sector is seeking an Accounting Assistant with the following profile: **45-hour weekly schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or bachelor's degree holder/graduate in Accounting, or technical accounting professional. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the accounting field. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in CONCAR is mandatory. * Knowledge of account analysis and bank reconciliations. * Availability to work on-site in San Juan de Lurigancho\- Zarate. * Proactive attitude, analytical ability, effective communication, teamwork, and initiative. **Responsibilities** * Analysis of accounts payable and receivable. * Analysis of supplier, customer, advance payment, and other accounts. * Manual billing tracking in Excel files. * Analysis of cost accounts. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
