Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits DESCRIPTION: A well-established company in Arequipa, specializing in labor outsourcing and intermediation, is seeking top talent to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Currently pursuing studies (minimum 6th semester) in Accounting and Finance or related fields Minimum experience / duration: At least 6 months of experience in accounting roles such as Accounting Assistant or Accounting Intern Availability: Immediate Computer system proficiency: \- Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced level) KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Accounting Standards regarding tax withholdings (detracciones) Familiarity with accounting software Understanding of accounting processes Proficiency in using the SUNAT website WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: For payments and others: Record individual supplier payments (those not eligible for bulk payment processing) Record payroll payments to employees Perform bank reconciliations, excluding Banco de la Nación and credit cards. For payroll and others: Record payroll-related expenses, reclassifications, recalculation of social benefits, and account analysis Record and monitor prepaid expenses Record customer invoice collections For fixed assets and others: Record fixed assets and depreciation Assist with purchase recording and payroll payments Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor BENEFITS: Pleasant work environment.
