Logistics, procurement, and supplier management **ADMINISTRATOR** At Solugrifos S.A.C., a company in the hydrocarbons sector, we are looking to incorporate an Administrator with an operational focus and comprehensive management capabilities into our team. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with sound administrative judgment who can lead and optimize the company's internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and optimize the company's administrative processes. * Control and monitoring of expenses, payments, and operational cash flow. * Ongoing coordination with the accounting department. * Management and supervision of accounting systems (documentary registration and control). * Logistics and procurement management (quotations, purchase orders, supplier control). * Contract and service tracking. * Preparation of administrative reports for management. * Proposal of improvements to internal processes. **Requirements:** * Professional degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of and proficiency with accounting systems. * Experience in logistics, procurement, and supplier management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. * Prior experience in service companies or technical sectors is desirable. **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Santiago de Surco – Lima. * Employment type: Full-time. * Compensation: S/ 2,000 – S/ 2,500 (based on experience).
