Main Responsibilities: \* Conduct internal audits in procurement, accounting, treasury, logistics, and project areas. \* Supervise customer payment timelines and revenue tracking. \* Review valuations and expense control to prevent deviations or losses. \* Enter payments into the Netcash system or as applicable. \* Prepare and manage staff time sheets. \* Identify operational issues and propose actions to minimize risks. \* Verify that the accounting department properly performs reconciliations and recordkeeping. \* Supervise and provide support in procurement processes. \* Provide operational supervision of the logistics area. \* Maintain constant coordination with department heads to ensure compliance with administrative processes. \* Staff recruitment. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Administration, with over 5 years of experience. \* Experience in administrative roles involving process supervision. \* Knowledge of financial control, payments, and reconciliations. \* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. \* Analytical ability, leadership skills, and sound judgment for decision-making. \* Experience managing multiple operational areas (desirable).
