Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage financial control, accounting, and human resources, including budget preparation and bank reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive financial management of the company 2. Budget preparation and control, and supplier payment processing 3. Operation of SUNAT and PLAME platforms **Who We Are?** We are **AQP\-PERU DATA S.R.L**, a **MYPE** (Micro and Small Enterprise) engaged in the marketing and implementation of products from leading market brands in the fields of Information Technologies, and electricity generation and distribution for public sector, private sector, mining, industrial, and electrical companies. **Academic Qualification:** **Bachelor's degree** in Accounting, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. ***(MANDATORY)***. **Experience:** Minimum (01\) year of experience in treasury, with knowledge of accounting standards, human resources, and payroll. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of **ACCOUNTING STANDARDS.** * Proficiency in **SUNAT and PLAME platforms. (MANDATORY)** * Experience with **ERP and ODOO systems. (PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY)** * Experience in **HUMAN RESOURCES, PAYROLL, AND TREASURY** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and control the company’s financial operations. * Prepare, maintain, and update bank reconciliations. * Issue invoices, withholding tax documents, shipping guides, etc., via the SUNAT platform. * Prepare project settlements and IGV (General Sales Tax) calculations. * Prepare budgets and control supplier payments. * Manage and control petty cash. * Maintain updated purchase and sales file records. * Monitor travel allowances and budgets. **Residence Requirement:** * City of Arequipa. **IMPORTANT:** Please attach a properly documented CV.
