Active collaboration in loading and unloading critical supplies **Join our Logistics team!** Position: **Purchasing Assistant** A well-established textile export company located in Ate, with 25 years of industry experience, seeks a dynamic professional with strong field management skills. If you are decisive and results-driven, this is your opportunity! **What challenges will you face?** 1\. Physically receive products, verifying quantities, packaging condition, and technical specifications against the delivery guide or invoice. 2\. Identify defective products upon purchase or receipt and manage on-site replacements or credit notes. 3\. Conduct physical visits to new suppliers to validate their actual stock and verify product quality. 4\. Actively collaborate in loading and unloading critical supplies to ensure immediate availability in the warehouse or requesting department. 5\. Visit supplier locations to source required materials, verify actual stock levels and product quality, and negotiate the best prices directly. 6\. Organize and submit daily payment receipts (receipts/invoices) and the mobility expense or petty cash report. **What are we looking for?** Education: Mandatory Requirement: Completed secondary education. Desirable Requirement: Technical studies or graduation in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: 3 months in operational field positions (desirable). Competencies: Proactive, dynamic, and achievement-oriented. (A positive attitude will be highly valued!) Residence: Willingness to work 100% on-site in Ate. **Terms and Benefits** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. \- 1:30 p.m. Salary: S/ 1500\. Includes statutory benefits under MYPE payroll.
