Position Summary: Support procurement management, supplier coordination, and database maintenance, actively participating in process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in area process improvement Electrocom Ingenieros is a Peruvian company with over 34 years of experience. Our work involves engineering and manufacturing of electrical transmission towers, steel structures up to 500KV, as well as respective accessories, and supplying grounding systems for electrical and telecommunications systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support purchase order management and tracking. * Coordinate with suppliers for quotation receipt and order confirmation. * Maintain updated supplier databases and purchase records. * Verify compliance with agreed terms (prices, delivery schedules, and specifications). * Manage procurement-related documentation (invoices, waybills, contracts). * Support inventory control and tracking in coordination with other departments. * Prepare management reports and supplier comparative charts. * Actively participate in area process improvement. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including RIT and RISST. * Perform other duties within the scope of competence as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Proficiency in office tools: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Basic knowledge of procurement, logistics, or supply chain processes. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and team-oriented mindset WHAT DO WE OFFER?
