Job Summary: We are seeking a Cashier with experience in billing, reconciliations, and banking portals for our workshop in Miraflores. Key Highlights: 1. At Sportwagen, the official Hyundai representative in Peru, we are seeking a **Cashier with solid experience in billing, reconciliations, and management of banking portals**, to join the Administrative Department of our Miraflores workshop, reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager. **Responsibilities** * Collect payments and issue invoices for services rendered to customers (workshop, PYP, sales, and parts); issue vehicle exit tickets; manage petty cash (payments under S/ 100\); perform daily collection reconciliation. * Issue electronic receipts (invoices, receipts) and send them to customers; manage credit/debit notes per SUNAT regulations; register and forward invoices along with their purchase orders to the Accounting Department. * Upload approved payments to the banking portal; record transfers of credit invoices nearing maturity; process payments for withholdings, deductions, credit cards, and contracted services. * Perform daily bank reconciliation for all accounts (inflows and outflows); submit the report to the Finance Department. * Manage procurement and distribution of office supplies; coordinate with Sales, Workshop, PYP, and Parts departments for daily operational closure. **Requirements** → University or technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. → Minimum 3 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or treasury functions. → Proficiency in SUNAT electronic invoicing (invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes). → Experience with banking portals (BCP Net Cash, BBVA Net, Interbank en Línea, or equivalent). → **Required ERP:** Experience with SIGMA ERP. → Intermediate-level Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, consolidation). → Knowledge of accounting: accounts payable, reconciliations, and withholdings/deductions. → Competencies: attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and assertive communication.
