Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations, and procurement coordination in the Industrial / Apparel sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end procurement and ensure on-time delivery. 2. Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers. 3. Coordinate the procurement process with internal departments of the company. On behalf of our client in the **Industrial / Apparel** sector, we are looking for a **Junior Buyer** to join their team in Lima. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end procurement of assigned items, ensuring on-time delivery. * Request and analyze quotations from various suppliers. * Negotiate prices and commercial terms. * Coordinate the procurement process with internal departments (Production, Planning, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, etc.). * Track purchase orders until goods receipt. * Visit suppliers for production follow-up and validation (as required). * Monitor payments and procurement-related documentation. * Identify cost and supply chain improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. * Experience managing suppliers and negotiating prices. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP knowledge (SAP or others) is desirable. * Experience with industrial or textile inputs (desirable). **Benefits** * Compensation: PEN 1,800 – PEN 2,000 (subject to evaluation). * Formal employment registration from the first working day. * Career development path. * Opportunity to join a market-leading company in its field.
