Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Administrator passionate about project management, responsible for managing procurement, personnel, inventory, expenses, and preparing administrative reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement, personnel, inventory, and site expenses. 2. Supervise compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. 3. Strategic coordination with various departments and suppliers. **We Are Hiring a Construction Site Administrator!** **Are you passionate about project management and eager to join a team that builds great achievements?** This is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement and material supply. * Control documentation for staff and workers. * Manage hiring, registration, and onboarding of workers. * Supervise attendance, working hours, and compliance with labor regulations. * Manage site inventory and assets. * Manage expenses, expense reports, and allocated budget. * Prepare administrative and construction control reports. * Operate personnel management systems (RainBow, Hama, or others). * Coordinate with site supervisors, logistics, HR, and suppliers. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience as a Construction Site Administrator or similar role. * Experience in personnel administration within construction projects. * Knowledge of document control, logistics, and budgeting. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Preferred experience in construction, mining, or infrastructure. **Benefits:** * Compensation: 2,500 * Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturdays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM * Employment Type: Service Contract (RxH) Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * How old are you? * What is your salary expectation? * Please provide your current mobile phone number.
