




Job Summary: This role involves managing and controlling warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate records and coordinating logistics for project operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory records (kárdex) and control daily material dispatches 2. Conduct weekly valued inventories and report losses 3. Keep the warehouse locked, organized, and access-restricted **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in Logistics Administration, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with the **inventory module in Starsoft** (preferred). * Training courses in inventory management, warehouse logistics, and/or asset control (preferred). * Basic knowledge of on-site safety and health standards for handling materials and equipment (preferred). * Willingness to work under a fixed schedule and in provincial locations (100% coverage for meals and accommodation). * Willingness to travel to provincial locations. **MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Receive and verify delivery notes for machinery, equipment, tools, rigging gear, supplies, and project-allocated balances. * Record receipts and issuances in Starsoft to maintain real-time inventory. * Manage inventory records (kárdex) and control daily authorized dispatches of materials and consumables. * Coordinate with the Site Administrator regarding procurement and service requirements. * Conduct weekly valued inventories and report losses, deterioration, or misuse of assets during Site Committees. * Provide accurate information on receipts, purchases, consumption, balances, and losses upon request. * Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse movement reports according to SGI formats. * Maintain the warehouse locked, organized, and access-restricted per established security measures.
