Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to coordinate inventory management, procurement orders, and warehouse reporting for multifamily construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and updating of warehouses in the procurement system. 2. Inventory control and supervision, and material traceability. 3. Requirements: * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience as a warehouse manager in multifamily construction projects. * Experience in inventory control. * Knowledge of warehouse management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in S10 (Mandatory). * Availability for on-site work in La Victoria (Monday to Saturday). Responsibilities: * Coordinate the creation and updating of warehouses in the procurement/warehouse system. * Prepare and register Material Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Control and supervise inventories—including both owned and rented materials—ensuring full traceability. * Coordinate the delivery and return of materials and equipment using properly authorized delivery notes. * Execute warehouse transfers, returns, or closures upon project completion, generating required reports. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding material returns, transfers, or write-offs, in collaboration with the Resident Engineer and Procurement Department. * Produce daily reports and weekly and final reports on warehouse movements, purchase orders, transfers, and third-party equipment. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager or inherent to the position.
