Support detailed monitoring and analysis of the customer journey to identify critical touchpoints and improvement opportunities. Collaborate in collecting customer information through in-person (sales floor) and digital channels. Provide support in managing and tracking initiatives aimed at improving customer experience. Collaborate in creating and updating management dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled in the 7th to 9th semester of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, intermediate formulas). * Knowledge of Power BI and Looker Studio. * Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and generate actionable recommendations.
