




Position Summary: Support the execution and monitoring of strategic customer experience (CX) projects focused on improving the use of digital tools in stores. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute improvement proposals based on data analysis and field observation. **Job Description** ---------------------- Support the execution and monitoring of strategic CX projects, with a focus on improving the use of digital tools in stores. Support data collection, dashboard updates, and analysis of app functionality usage in stores. Support logistical and communication coordination for contests aimed at improving the use of digital tools in stores. Contribute improvement proposals based on field observation, data analysis, and best practices. Collaborate on the design and implementation of enhancements to the physical kiosk user experience at brick-and-mortar locations. Prepare presentations and progress reports for assigned projects across all stores. Provide support on projects as required by the direct supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Interest in continuous improvement of customer experience and technology adoption. * Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity, organization, and autonomy to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Locker Studio, GCP) and executive presentation tools.
