Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing raw material procurement to ensure operational efficiency and appropriate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning of raw material procurement.
2. Inventory management and coverage optimization.
3. Regional-level materials coordination.
Plan raw material procurement by translating the S\&OP and production plan into purchase quantities and dates. Manage MRP by analyzing requirements, inventories, consumption, and coverage to define procurement needs. Optimize inventory levels, ensuring target coverage while managing risks of stockouts, overstock, and expiration. Ensure procurement execution by issuing purchase requisitions and tracking purchase orders and in-transit materials. Coordinate materials and inventory balances across group countries. Generate purchase forecasts and collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely supply.

Requirements
Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience as a Materials Planning Analyst or Assistant, or in similar roles. Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). Proficiency in SAP (MM module). Advanced Office skills (preferred). Power BI (preferred)
