The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in logistics, inventory management, personnel supervision, and administrative processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and mining companies. * Experience in administrative or operational coordination. * Organization and team leadership. * Focus on results and continuous improvement. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. **Responsibilities** * Manage logistics, warehouse movements, and inventory; procurement, supply chain, and supplier management. * Supervise work teams and coordinate hiring of personnel and service providers. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Coordinate accounting closings and operational reconciliations with Accounting and Finance departments. * Supervise cash flows, budgets, financial reporting, and accounting coordination. * Provide support in addressing requirements from government institutions. * Act as liaison between management, operational departments, and corporate functions to facilitate decision-making. * Coordinate contracts, mineral stock control, and valuation and billing processes.
