Ensure the proper execution of HR processes in the store.
What will be your main challenges?
Ensure the proper execution of HR processes at the Iquitos store, safeguarding regulatory compliance, team well-being, and alignment with Falabella’s Corporate HR Model, thereby contributing to store productivity, work environment, and operational efficiency.
1\. Oversee HR processes for the Iquitos store.
2\. Monitor and ensure the compliance and effectiveness of HR processes, such as timekeeping, staff onboarding, validation of onboarding documentation, etc.
3\. Supervise and control compliance with labor regulations, managing the proper disciplinary process implementation within the store.
4\. Provide advisory support on Falabella’s Corporate People Management Model.
5\. Manage the work environment in collaboration with unit leaders to listen to and address the needs of Tottus store teams.
6\. Support the Store Manager in ensuring business operational efficiency regarding staffing and productivity.
7\. Follow up and coordinate regularly with administrative office departments to submit accurate and organized reports and information.
What are we looking for?
1\. Knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, work environment, culture, timekeeping, labor relations management, attendance, internal communications, social welfare, recruitment, among others.
2\. Desired training in leadership, work environment and culture, compensation, and labor relations.

**Candidate Requirements**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
