Active participation in safety, environment, and quality **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Student in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering \- Proficiency in Office tools \- Availability to work 100% on-site in Lurin **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise production staff, evaluate their performance, and ensure appropriate training and performance. \- Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste. \- Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. \- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure efficient workflow. \- Approve maintenance tasks, equipment purchases, etc. \- Participate in developing the IPER (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). \- Participate in accident and incident investigations when required. \- Attend internal company talks/training sessions on OSH, Environment, or Quality. \- Participate in developing the IAIA (Environmental Aspects and Impacts Identification). \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** Being part of a solid organization.
