Advise leaders on people management to strengthen teams. 2. Lead Human Management and transformation projects. 3. Analyze organizational structures to maximize impact. **Job Description** ---------------------- Serve as a strategic business partner, advising leaders on people management to enhance and improve team performance. * Align strategy, culture, and talent with a business focus. * Support transformation and change management initiatives. * Provide direct advisory services to leaders, building trusted relationships. * Provide visibility into HR metrics that impact business results. * Coordinate with HR specialists to attract, develop, and retain talent. * Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency. * Analyze organizational structures to maximize team impact. * Continuously propose, challenge, and create value. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree. * 1 year of experience in similar roles (Business Partner, Strategic HR, etc.). * 3 years leading Human Management projects. * Proficiency in agile methodologies. * Intermediate to advanced Office skills. * Agility, customer focus, and results orientation.
