Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead warehouse and distribution teams in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. 2. Control and manage merchandise inflows, outflows, and stock levels. 3. Implement shrinkage prevention measures and ensure safety. We are currently seeking a Junior Warehouse Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Over 3 years of experience in warehouse operations for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Experience leading warehouse teams, FMCG distribution teams, or similar teams within logistics operators or related companies. * Postgraduate studies or diplomas in Logistics or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel). * Familiarity with dispatch guide issuance regulations, TMS, and WMS. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise proper warehousing practices and stock rotation using FEFO/FIFO methods; oversee merchandise rotation activities—including receipt and dispatch—to ensure products remain in optimal condition from receipt at the distribution center through delivery to the customer. * Manage merchandise inflows and outflows using Kardex. * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels of supplies, issue replenishment alerts, and coordinate with Procurement/Logistics. * Conduct cyclic and physical inventories, analyze variances, and support inventory adjustments. * Manage returns, overages, and non-conforming materials, preparing reports and official records. * Implement shrinkage, loss, and theft prevention measures (e.g., voucher control, access control, documentation control). * Maintain warehouse organization and signage, applying best practices in warehousing and safety. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards in the warehouse (e.g., PPE, safe load handling, secure storage). **Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Problem-solving skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
