Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to manage operations, optimize processes, and supervise order distribution for a Peruvian book publishing house. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and optimizes warehouse organization and inventory control. 2. Coordinates virtual order fulfillment processes and campaign distribution. 3. Manages vehicle fleet and handles procurement requirements. A Peruvian book publishing house is looking for a **Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or similar role. * Proven experience in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, and WMS system implementation. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs (inventory, shipments, lead times, costs). * Experience in supplier management, fleet management, and logistics procurement. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * **Market-competitive salary** * **On-site schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in the district of Surco. * **Payroll:** REMYPE (15 days of vacation) with potential enrollment in MYPE (50% of benefits). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and optimize warehouse organization (layout, space allocation, receiving, shipping, and inventory control), ensuring orderliness, traceability, and operational efficiency. * Supervise stock control, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support operations and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Plan and execute order distribution during high-demand campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery. * Coordinate the full virtual order fulfillment process (picking, packing, and shipping), ensuring timely deliveries and service quality. * Manage the vehicle fleet, monitoring maintenance, routes, fuel consumption, and documentation. * Supervise the driver team to ensure adherence to assigned routes, delivery deadlines, and safety regulations. * Handle procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely supply. * Design, implement, and improve procurement and logistics processes, procedures, and policies. * Evaluate, negotiate, and approve suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
