Requirements * Minimum **6 months** of experience in logistics, procurement, warehousing, or similar functions. * Ongoing or completed technical or university studies (Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). * Basic inventory and administrative reporting skills are desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the **reception of procurement items for staff allocations, equipment, and POP materials**, ensuring accurate registration and inventory entry. * Perform **reception and control of staff allocations returned by departing personnel**, verifying condition and quantities. * Execute **preparation, dispatch, and delivery of staff allocations** for new hires and replacements, managing waybills, charges, and related documentation. * Maintain **staff allocation control and inventory**, identifying discrepancies, shortages, or surpluses, and reporting them promptly. * Coordinate continuously with the **procurement, returns, and internal client** departments to ensure proper process traceability. * Prepare **administrative and logistics reports** derived from receiving, delivery, and inventory activities. * Ensure **order, cleanliness, and good condition of the workplace**, as well as adherence to maintenance schedules, pest control, and documentation procedures. * Coordinate incidents and unforeseen events with the immediate supervisor and propose continuous improvements to logistics processes.
