Applicants may be students (final years) or recent graduates in Business Administration, Logistics Technician, or related fields. **Work Location:** San Miguel, Lima. **Work Modality:** On-site **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am \- 12:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving, inspecting, and controlling supplies. * Receiving and approving supply delivery guides. * Verifying issued delivery guides for supplies—once per month. * Managing procurement and distribution of office supplies; maintaining appropriate stock levels of office supplies. * Managing inventory of warehouse supplies, materials, and PPE, as well as furniture and equipment assigned to all departments and locations. * Preparing monthly warehouse status reports. * Managing inventory of operational staff uniforms. * Tracking and monitoring uniform distribution to operational staff. * Preparing and issuing Photo IDs to all Flashman personnel (new and existing). * Requesting return of Photo IDs from terminated personnel. * Preparing and distributing PPE. * Complying with established quality management and anti-bribery systems. * Participating in SGAS-related activities including design, coordination, induction, and training. * Reporting any bribery attempts or proposals made to a colleague and/or oneself.
