Development within a formal company **Flashman SAC** is seeking a **Logistics Assistant**, targeting **students in their final academic cycles or recent graduates**, with interest in **initiating their professional experience**, learning logistics processes, and developing within a formal company. Applicants may be students (final cycles) or recent graduates in Business Administration, Logistics Technician, or related fields. **Work Location:** San Miguel, Lima. **Work Modality:** In-person **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am \- 12:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving, inspecting, and controlling supplies. * Receiving and approving supply delivery guides. * Verifying issued delivery guides for supply dispatch. Once per month. * Managing the purchase and distribution of office supplies. Maintaining adequate stock levels of office supplies. * Controlling inventory of warehouses, supplies, materials, and PPE, as well as furniture and equipment assigned to all departments and branches. * Preparing monthly warehouse status reports. * Controlling inventory of uniforms for operational staff. * Tracking and managing uniform distribution to operational staff. * Preparing and distributing Photo IDs to all Flashman personnel (new and existing). * Requesting return of Photo IDs from terminated employees. * Preparing and distributing PPE. * Complying with established quality management and anti-bribery systems. * Participating in SGAS-related activities including design, coordination, induction, and training. * Reporting any attempted or proposed bribery incidents involving colleagues and/or oneself.
