




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage suppliers, coordinate purchases, and contribute to the development of real estate projects, with opportunities for learning and real responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and registering suppliers of goods and services. * Requesting quotations and preparing comparative analysis tables. * Sourcing samples, catalogs, and similar materials to expand the project portfolio. * Maintaining up-to-date supplier data. * Conducting periodic visits to suppliers. * Issuing weekly reports on actions carried out. * Participating in commercial operations committees to identify each member's needs for achieving objectives. * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure achievement of weekly objectives. * Following instructions related to the position issued by the internal team. * Managing documentation such as delivery guides, invoices, and purchase orders. * Coordinating with accounting for payments to subcontractors. * Proposing solutions to inventory shortages or shipment delays. * Tracking purchase orders and delivery fulfillment. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Two years of experience in logistics or procurement. KNOWLEDGE: * Office software proficiency * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Prior experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
