This position requires a professional with leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement of logistics processes and achievement of departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, supervise, and control the company’s logistics operations. * Manage timely procurement of products, materials, and supplies required for operations. * Supervise and control receiving, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution processes. * Ensure appropriate inventory control by continuously monitoring stock levels and warehouse movements. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure fulfillment of requirements and delivery timelines. * Supervise proper documentation management related to logistics (delivery notes, purchase orders, inventories, and reports). * Lead, organize, and supervise assigned personnel, promoting role compliance, order, and productivity. * Prepare logistics management reports and KPIs for senior management. * Propose and implement improvements aimed at optimizing processes, timelines, and resources within the department. Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles within logistics, warehousing, or procurement departments. * Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, procurement, and logistics oversight. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)** (preferred). * Leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Goal-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.
