A leading company in the electrical sector requires a LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER to join its team to lead the digital transformation of the department. **Job Objective** * Manage, coordinate, and supervise the company’s logistics and procurement processes, ensuring the timely supply of goods and services, efficient inventory control, proper document management, and compliance with established deadlines, thereby contributing to operational continuity and cost optimization. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum two (02) years of experience in logistics, procurement or similar roles. * Prior experience leading or coordinating logistics support staff is desirable. **Knowledge and Competencies** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools is desirable. * Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory control processes. * Organization and planning skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Coordination and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. **What We Offer:** * Full payroll registration and social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Opportunity to be part of an agile, innovative, and technology-driven culture. * Chance to lead the digital transformation of the logistics area.
