Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive student with a positive attitude to support logistics project management, data analysis, procedure development and presentations, and meeting coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Support in logistics project management and data analysis. 2. Development of procedures, instructions, and flowcharts. 3. Conducting high-impact trainings and presentations. **Job Description** ---------------------- Support Logistics Projects Support logistics project management. Support data analysis. Develop procedures, instructions, and flowcharts. Create and track Gantt charts, checklists, and meeting minutes. Identify solutions to operational problems and process issues. Conduct trainings. Develop high-impact presentations. Coordinate schedules and meetings. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Student pursuing Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, starting from the 7th semester. * Knowledge of Lean methodology, processes, and flow diagrams using Visio or Bizagi. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (not mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel. * Candidate must be able to work across multiple locations daily (VES DC, BTL, and stores). * Proactive, with strong communication skills at all levels and a positive attitude. * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador.
