Job Summary: ETNA is seeking a motorized technician specialized in battery installation to provide customer service, perform installations, and deliver technical support in Metropolitan Lima. Dynamic team and corporate benefits At ETNA, a leading Peruvian company in battery manufacturing and marketing, we are looking for motorized technicians specialized in battery installation. **Requirements:** * Technicians in electricity or automotive mechanics (completed or incomplete studies). * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in battery installation. * Valid motorcycle license and motorcycle (no older than 3 years), suitable for carrying a fixed delivery box. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Apply the Customer Service Protocol. * Provide installation services and technical support throughout Metropolitan Lima. * Maintain assigned warehouse organized and under control. * Accurately complete Kardex and used battery files. * Receive and confirm sales information from the Contact Center via the APK application. * Complete installations at the scheduled time agreed with customers. * Ensure proper battery rotation across warehouses. * Issue invoices and collect payment at the delivery point prior to battery installation. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * **Base salary: S/. 1400 + variable commission approx.
