Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support operational management, prepare accounting reports, and identify improvement opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting or Economics. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Six months of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. * Proactive personality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive and distribute documentation among departments and stores. * Review the supplier order matrix with corresponding unit costs. * Enter invoices, issue internal delivery guides, and other requested documentation. * Track all documents requested by the Municipality at each store, and maintain up-to-date certificates required for proper store operation. * Provide operational support at stores as needed (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Perform cash reconciliation and monitoring for assigned cashiers via reports and cash flow inventories. * Assist in conducting inventories as required. * Assist in processing company-wide payments and deposits. * Prepare company accounting and budgetary reports. * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * **Salary: S/. 1130 payroll for micro-enterprises (SIS\+ 15 days of vacation)** * Bonuses in July and December. * Career development path. * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments. * Discount on purchases at any of our locations.
