Being part of a young, fun, and dynamic organization An Operations Coordinator is needed for Natura Vive, a leading adventure tourism company in the Cusco region. The position requires a candidate with fluent English, both written and spoken, and the ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail. Please review the following information, and if you believe you are qualified for this position, send us your CV detailing your interests and skills. **Requirements** * University degree * Fluent English, both verbal and written * Native-level Spanish, both spoken and written * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Gmail) * Organized and detail-oriented * Professional ethics and personal motivation * Customer-service focused and team-oriented * Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills * Preferred: Experience working in tourism / Knowledge of regional tourism in Cusco * **Responsibilities** * Provide customers with service-related information and support regarding transfers * Schedule weekly transportation requirements * Collaborate with the Reservations and Logistics departments to handle internal procedures and deliver high-quality services to our customers * Resolve any issues before and during service operations * Availability to work overtime * Support company projects * Assist with passenger pickups in the city of Cusco * Procure required items in the city of Cusco **Benefits**Two shifts available. Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
