Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with industry experience and leadership vision to supervise and coordinate maintenance, personnel, and operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Due to our ambitious continuous improvement plan, we are seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER** with industry experience and leadership vision. **What will be your key challenges and responsibilities?** * Supervise and coordinate daily corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Supervise and train electrical maintenance, welding, and general services personnel, conducting operational performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to optimize resource utilization, product marketing, and distribution, meeting quality standards, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. * Supervise procurement, storage, inventory, warehouse management, and product distribution processes, ensuring process effectiveness. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the steel or industrial products industry, supervising and coordinating work teams. * Availability to work in Los Olivos: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:45 PM. **What do we offer you to grow with us?** * Base salary above market level. * All statutory benefits from day one, including full payroll registration (July and December bonuses, CTS, vacations, SCTR, EsSalud, free uniforms, family allowance, etc.). * Contract renewable based on performance. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * Statutory Life Insurance for the employee and beneficiaries. * Continuous training. * Career path within a leading company in the industry. * Occupational safety.
