Position Summary: An industrial company specializing in heavy machinery repair is seeking a Planning and Cost Analyst to manage operations and analyze cost variances. Key Highlights: 1. Scenario modeling for prioritization and resource allocation · **POSITION PROFILE** · Industrial company engaged in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, etc.), located in S.M.P., seeks to hire a **Planning and Cost Analyst**, with the following qualifications: · **REQUIREMENTS:** · Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; preferably with a diploma in Operations Planning/Cost Management; training in ERP/BI and project management. · \+2 years of experience programming Work Orders and calculating contract-based costs using ERP systems and BI dashboards in on-site operations. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Microsoft Power BI (intermediate\- advanced) · **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develop, evaluate, and monitor weekly and monthly operational plans. · Consolidate forecast and backlog for the weekly master plan. Schedule sequences and workloads according to priorities and committed dates. Develop and monitor costs per contract/Work Order. Analyze variances between actual and standard costs. Model scenarios for prioritization and resource allocation. Coordinate spare parts with Logistics and Procurement.
