Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Cost Analyst for an industrial company specializing in heavy machinery repair, responsible for operational planning, cost control, and variance analysis. Analysis of cost variances and scenario modeling. · **JOB PROFILE** · Industrial company engaged in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, etc.), located in S.M.P., seeks to hire a **Planning and Cost Analyst**, with the following qualifications: · **REQUIREMENTS:** · Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; preferably holding a diploma in Operations Planning/Cost Management; training in ERP/BI systems and project management. · \+2 years of experience programming Work Orders (OTs) and calculating contract-based costs using ERP systems and BI dashboards, within on-site operational environments. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Microsoft Power BI (intermediate\- advanced) · **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develop, evaluate, and monitor weekly and monthly operational plans. · Consolidate forecast and backlog data for the weekly master plan. Schedule sequences and workloads based on priorities and committed deadlines. Prepare and monitor contract\/Work Order (OT)-based costs. Analyze actual vs. standard cost variances. Model prioritization and resource allocation scenarios. Coordinate spare parts requirements with Logistics and Procurement. Support monthly closing processes with KPIs. Workplace: On-site employment
