




Position Summary: Provide operational support to the Administration and Finance team in administrative, accounting, and control processes, ensuring timely information updates. Assistance with operational tasks and preparation of reports **Position Objective** Provide operational support to the Head of Administration and Finance team in administrative, accounting, and control processes, ensuring timely updating of information in the company's systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Support registration of procurement documents in the ERP, verifying correct coding, account assignment, and timely updating of procurement transactions. * Assist in registering and tracking supplier invoices payable, verifying supporting documentation, updating obligation statuses, and coordinating with the administrative analyst for payment scheduling. * Provide support in physical inventory processes, participating in counts, stock verification, reconciliation with system records, and updating identified discrepancies. * Assist administrative and logistics analysts, as well as the procurement specialist, with operational tasks in the area, such as document filing, preparation of basic reports, and updating databases. * Support preparation of internal control reports, documentation tracking, and organization of physical and digital files for the administrative and finance department. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of professional competence development. **Educational and Experience Requirements** * University or technical student in final cycles (university students from the 8th cycle onward or technical students from the 5th cycle onward), or recent graduate. * Fields of study: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines (university or technical level). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Knowledge of basic accounting processes and transaction recording (desirable but not mandatory). * Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and learning ability.
