We are seeking top talent for the position of: Position: Procurement Analyst \- Construction Sector Location: San Isidro **Functions and Responsibilities:** Efficiently carry out procurement activities for inputs, materials, and other items at the appropriate time to support construction site operations. * Request quotations from pre-approved suppliers for orders authorized by the construction site. * Generate purchase orders and service orders, performing end-to-end tracking of their approval and fulfillment process to ensure timely supply. * Develop comparative tables to support purchase order preparation. * Analyze and provide insights on procurement activities conducted in previous projects. * Select and evaluate suppliers for various inputs and materials required on-site. * Track warehouse inventory movements (receipts and dispatches). * Operate the corporate procurement system for inputs, materials, and other items. * Support ERP system migration, implementation, and user training for on-site personnel. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier master database. * Conduct supplier evaluation and qualification. * Participate in procurement follow-up meetings. * Understand the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy and its objectives, the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, the Internal Work Regulations, as well as related procedures and instructions established by the company. * Assume assigned functions, responsibilities, and authorities regarding Occupational Health and Safety. * Properly and mandatorily use personal protective equipment (PPE), collective protective equipment (CPE), work tools, and other company assets. **Requirements:** * Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Procurement Coordinator or Procurement Analyst * Logistics in construction or real estate services companies. * Industry/Sector: Construction or related sectors. Knowledge: * Postgraduate diplomas in Logistics (preferred). * Specialized courses in Operations and Logistics (preferred).
